Custom built for quality performance Cloud speakers are designed and tested to a superior standard by engineers who care and include a comprehensive 5-year commercial warranty.
The speakers are IP55 rated which is explained below;
First Digit: Solids
The first digit indicates the level of protection that the enclosure provides against access to hazardous parts (e.g., electrical conductors, moving parts) and the ingress of solid foreign objects.
Second Digit: Liquids
Protection of the equipment inside the enclosure against harmful ingress of water.
5 – Dust Protected. Ingress of dust is not entirely prevented, but it must not enter in sufficient quantity to interfere with the satisfactory operation of the equipment; complete protection against contact.
5 – Water jets. Water projected by a nozzle (6.3mm) against enclosure from any direction shall have no harmful effects.
IP55 – Protected from limited dust ingress & Protected from low pressure water jets from any direction.

Delivery & Return
Express Delivery: Express Delivery is available for Dubai and Sharjah only and it takes 2 – 8 hours to be delivered. *Subject to Stock Availability. The cost of express delivery is AED 50.
Normal Delivery: Normal Delivery is available for all Emirates, and it takes about 1 – 2 Days to be delivered. *Subject to Stock Availability. The cost of Normal Delivery is AED 15.
International Delivery: Cash on Delivery is not available for International Delivery hence the order received for International orders will be processed within 1-3 days from the date of order receipt. The delivery cost will be obtained directly from the courier company and shared to the customer for the final payment. The mode of payment for international orders is Online payment or Bank Transfer only.
