They light up to show you when clips are uploaded, played and recorded and are arranged to fit your needs. Ableton Live a row to launch the clips and a row to stop them. The LaunchKey Mini MK2 is also fully compatible with other audio applications, including automatic control for FL Studio.

Compact with comprehensive controls

The LaunchKey Mini MK2 features a 25-note speed-sensitive keyboard that provides a natural and fluid ease of execution. Quick synthesizer keys are ideal for creating melodies, creating percussion loops, and everything in between.

You can adjust the sounds of yoru instruments and effects or reassign them freely using eight high-quality knobs. The sensitivity to the multicolored pads speed adds another way to interact with their sounds. They act as a drum machine pads that can be used to create drum loops, play melodies, shoot sampling and much more. This also makes LaunchKey ideal for live performances and studio work.

Robust construction and versatile connectivity

LaunchKey Mini is compact and sturdy enough to carry in your bag, so you can take it anywhere. Fully class-compatible and bus-powered via USB, it’s ready to use from the moment you plug it into your laptop, with no need for controllers or power cables. You can also connect it to your iPad via a camera connection kit to control all sorts of iOS music apps, such as the free LaunchKey app from ‘s Novation.

Complete with Ableton Live Plugins Lite 9 and VST

It comes with Ableton Live Lite music creation software, 4GB of Loopmasters sampling, and Bass Station V Station synthesizers plug-in. It is compatible with your class and does not need any driver: you just have to install the software, connect it and start working. Also included is your choice of one of the four XLN Audio Addictive Keys instruments. This gives you the choice between VST Modern Upright, Studio Grand, Electric Grand and Mark One pianos.

Free Melodic Lessons

The Novation LaunchKey Mini MK2 comes complete with 60 free lessons of Melody. Melodics is a desktop application designed to teach you how to play keyboards, pad controllers and MIDI drums. Each Melodics lesson is broken down into simple steps, adding another layer and working up to complete a full track.

Lessons span different genres, from classic swing and new jack swing to dirt and dancehall. Melodic is perfect for building your skill set using the Launchkey Mini MK2.
