The small Genelec 4020W active loudspeaker has been designed for challenging commercial installations, particularly those compromised by lack of space. The compact and stylish Genelec 4020W active loudspeaker shares the same superior design with the Genelec 8000 series monitors. Its controlled directivity allows the system to be easily installed in many types of acoustic environments, providing outstanding sound coverage. As an active loudspeaker, it contains drivers, power amplifiers, active crossover filters and protection circuitry. The 4020B is designed for indoor use only and features Genelec Intelligent Signal Sensing (ISS) circuitry which switches the loudspeaker to standby when no audio input is detected (ErP 2013 Directive).
