The Squier J Mascis Jazzmaster in Vintage White is a signature guitar built to honour the alt-rock guitarist and leader of Dinosaur Jr. The Fender Jazzmaster has long been the guitar of choice for J Mascis and this signature Squier model brings the same unique features to a much broader range of players. The guitar features many original Jazzmaster appointments for a unique playability and aesthetic, including the independent lead/rhythm circuits (each with their own volume and tone controls), iconic outline, dual single-coil pickups, 3-way pickup selector and ‘floating’ tailpiece bridge. J Mascis has expanded this signature guitar’s specification with a tactile satin-finished neck, smooth jumbo frets, soapbar-style pickups and Adjusto-Matic bridge. Additionally, the Vintage White paint finish and gold anodized aluminium pickguard provide an effortlessly-cool aesthetic.
