An answered prayer for buskers, acoustic performers, and singer-songwriters: The Blackstar Sonnet 60 Acoustic Amplifier lets your acoustic guitar’s natural sound come right out; louder and clearer for your audience to enjoy. It features two channels, each with a dedicated input, so you can use a vocal microphone to sing while playing guitar; or you can bring another guitar-pickin’ buddy to jam with you (or a violinist, a flutist, you name it).
The Sonnet 60 also gives you effective controls to shape your tone. Aside from the EQ, you have a Shape switch to go from “flat response” to “mid-scooped jangle” in no time. There is also a Phase switch to help eliminate feedback from your acoustic guitar. There’s also a High-Pass Filter and Brilliance control so you can easily adjust into the band mix. Studio-grade Reverb effects are also onboard to enrich your sound.
Other performance-friendly features include a Bluetooth audio receiver and line input for music playback, a tilt-back stand for better stage monitoring, and built-in D.I. XLR output so you can hook up the Sonnet 60 to the PA. There is also a USB audio out so you can easily record your performance in your computer.
