Audio-Technica Windshield for BP3600 Microphone

The Audio-Technica BP3600/WS is a protective windshield accessory designed specifically for the BP3600 immersive 8-channel microphone system.

It is a rigid foam-style windscreen cover that fits over the entire BP3600 microphone array to reduce light wind noise and HVAC air noise during indoor or outdoor recording.

When used in tougher outdoor conditions, it can be combined with the BP3600/WJ furry windjammer for even stronger wind protection.

The WS version is the basic wind protection shield, while the WJ is the furry heavy-wind upgrade.

It is mainly used in film sets, sports broadcasting, concerts, and immersive 3D audio recording environments where clean spatial sound capture is critical.
