TOUCHMIX-30 PRO Mixers

TouchMix is quite simply the most powerful, compact mixer ever created. Perfect for musicians, larger bands, AV production professionals and performance venues, the TouchMix-30 Pro goes “Beyond Mixing” by offering Wizards, Presets and other beneficial tools that help seasoned audio professionals and novices alike get great results quickly and easily.

Its 32 mixing channels (24 Mic/Line, 6 Line, Stereo USB) and 16 outputs offer tremendous signal management flexibility for a wide range of applications. Advanced features such as class-A microphone preamps, Anti-Feedback and Room Tuning Wizards, two real-time analyzers (RTA), patch matrix, 32-channel direct-to-external-drive recording and DAW interface with MacOS® and Windows® computers make it equally competent as both a professional live sound and a recording tool.

The touch-and-turn interface of TouchMix allows for tactile control over fader and mixer parameters while also providing a hardware connection to mixer functions. Mixer functions and displays are duplicated via iOS or Android devices over Wi-Fi, providing both portable, wireless connectivity as well as additional control surfaces of mixer functionality.

With firmware version 2.0, TouchMix-30 Pro now supports 3 custom fader banks of 8 channels each, allowing versatile, personalized channel display for the most demanding users and applications. This latest firmware version also gives the TouchMix-30 Pro the capability to interface with select third party control surfaces with motorized faders using Mackie Control Protocol. Two modes of operation exist: TouchMix-30 Pro mixer wired to the control surface, or iOS tablet paired with the control surface and connected to the TouchMix-30 Pro mixer via Wi-Fi. The complementary new channel strips display presents controls and indicators for the selected fader group.

Anti-feedback and room tuning on demand

The TouchMix-30 Pro features advanced wizards to help you quickly set up anti-feedback protection as well as tune the room. You could achieve similar results by manually tuning the graphic EQs and other processors built into the TouchMix-30 Pro, but why spend time on that when you’ve got a show to prepare for? These setup wizards will help you achieve optimal sound in any environment faster than ever.

Real-time audio analysis

Two Real Time Analyzers are available on the TouchMix-30 Pro, and you can display them either on the main display or on a supported tablet. One RTA can be displayed along with the EQ of any selected input or output channel. The other RTA can display the audio signal of any output, the Cue bus, or the Talkback mic input. When it comes to diagnosing sonic problems in the middle of a show, these analysis tools can be a huge help.

Advanced recording capabilities

To help make your live sound rig as sleek and efficient as possible, the TouchMix-30 Pro allows you to record the show without requiring a computer. Just connect an appropriate hard drive via USB for 32 channels of multitrack recording and playback, direct to disk with no DAW software required. If a Mac laptop with DAW software is your preferred recording method, the TouchMix-30 Pro can also serve as a 32-channel audio interface for your DAW of choice.
