The SVS SB-2000 Pro Subwoofer is designed to provide deep bass extension and powerful output with enhanced musicality to please both audiophiles and home theater fans. The Sledge STA-550D DSP amplifier, 12″ high-excursion driver, and sealed-cabinet design help take control of a space with room-filling output with virtually no distortion, even at reference playback levels.

The motor assembly, which weighs over 15 lb, is engineered to generate massive amounts of magnetics to achieve extreme driver excursion without losing control, outputting frequencies lower than 20 Hz.

The cone is made from aluminum for its lightweight yet rigid properties. In conjunction with the composite fiber dust cap, the cone is designed to produce high SPLs while maintaining control at high drive levels.

Using injection molding allows high excursion for enhanced bass while preserving drive unit longevity.

SVS SB-2000 Pro Subwoofer extension helps improve thermal management properties for augmented heat dissipation.

The voice coil’s dual-layer design helps improve linearity and accuracy at full excursion while minimizing distortion and power compression.

The discrete MOSFETs pair with Class-D amplification to allow the amplifier to move large amounts of current to provide high output with precision.

The onboard 50 MHz Analog Devices Audio DSP is engineered to maintain accuracy and clear sound quality through in-room tuning, DSP controls, and more. Frequency response curves optimized for the SB-2000 Pro enable the subwoofer to fill your room with bass.

The 2000 Pro Series subwoofer app lets you control volume, access multiple DSP functions, and program custom presets for one-touch tuning optimized for music, movies, gaming, and more. Adjust crossover frequencies, a three-band parametric EQ, polarity, room gain, and more, all from your seat.

The SVS SB-2000 Pro Subwoofer app also allows customization, so you can name the subwoofer for easy preset switching, choose the subwoofer standby mode, and reset it to factory settings. Bluetooth connectivity allows full control, even when the subwoofer is out of sight, and bi-directional feedback shows adjustments in real time on both the app and the subwoofer’s rear panel.

The thick MDF front baffle and internal bracing are designed to create a resonance-free environment to serve as a blank canvas for the subwoofer. Acoustic insulation helps eliminate any coloration or resonance from the cabinet, even when deep low frequencies are played at high volumes. A protective, non-resonant ABS grille and iso-elastomer feet are included to help reduce noise artifacts within the room.
